While creating this painting, I sometimes was only able to work for 15 or 20 minutes a sitting because it emotionally exhausted me. Painting is always an escape for me. In summer 2022, it also allowed me to release many upsetting feelings that were consuming me due to the loss of women's rights. Whatever you believe, it's ok. But when you expect another person to live the way you want them to, it will never be ok.
