My paintings always emerge organically. I may know colors I want to use or a feeling I want to emit, but otherwise, I let the painting dictate the content. Watching this painting reveal itself was one of my favorite moments behind the paintbrush. Viewers see so many different things across this canvas, it gives me joy to hear what different eyes perceive.
